Lagunitas Brewing Company has been one of craft beer’s most distinctive voices in Northern California.

As the brand expanded, that voice became fragmented across a growing portfolio. Otherway was appointed to unify Lagunitas under a single masterbrand platform. Rather than reinvent the brand, the work focused on sharpening what was already there. Translating its cult status into a system that could scale.
